Sightwell Connectivity

Support

Help with the Sightwell app for iPhone and iPad.

Your IT team first

Your organisation runs its own Sightwell server and decides who can sign in and what each person can reach. For access, accounts, your server address or a server that isn't responding, contact your organisation's IT team. They can see things Sightwell can't.

Common questions

I opened Microsoft Authenticator by mistake and can't get back

Finish signing in in Authenticator. If you can't, wait about 10 minutes and open Sightwell again. It shows Microsoft sign-in failed; choose Use browser sign-in instead.

Authenticator has no Cancel button, and Microsoft's sign-in sends you back to Authenticator each time you open Sightwell until the sign-in finishes or times out. Microsoft's own apps behave the same way.

Do I need an account to try Sightwell?

No. Tap Try the demo and choose a role. The demo connects to Alder Cove Energy, a made-up company with made-up data. See Try the demo.

Does Sightwell route all my internet traffic?

No. Only traffic to the systems your organisation makes available goes through Sightwell. Everything else uses your normal connection.

More connection and sign-in problems: see Troubleshooting.

Contact Sightwell
